amazing stay!!!
quick check-infriendly staffphone vibration
we booked two adjoining rooms! check-in was quick! the staff was very friendly! vouchers for free drinks were given at the lounge bar! the rooms are brand new with a mini bar and tea/coffee. our bed was ultra comfortable! the breakfast buffet was included! we returned to the hotel pool bar after trips to cool off as the kids splashed! bar service was quick!
i noticed the spa is in the basement! the experience wasn't amazing! i found the masseur used their phone! the phone vibrated on the massage bed. it was unprofessional when customers were not fully clothed!

I was quite annoyed! the masseur kept using her phone during my massage. the phone kept vibrating on the bed. It wasn't relaxing at all.

the hotel provided complimentary drinks it was a thoughtful gesture. the staff at the front desk frequently checked on me. every staff member was really good and they were always ready to help.
the spa experience downstairs was not ideal the masseur used her phone often during the session. the phone vibrated on the massage bed it wasn't relaxing at all. using a phone with customers in such a state feels unprofessional i think.

the hotel sits just outside the busy city center it allows for convenient walking distance. i found the location to be amazing near the river. the hotel is near restaurants and shops this made it very easy to explore.

the breakfast was varied and quite fresh offering a delightful start to each day. the restaurant served excellent meals i particularly liked the local options. the hotel customised the breakfast according to preferences this was really nice.

We stayed in two rooms connected, perfect for our family. Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly! We received vouchers for drinks at the bar. Our rooms included a minibar and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast came with the room rate. It had filter coffee and tea. The pool area provided respite after day trips. Bar service was prompt.
The masseur used her phone during my spa session. Her phone vibrated on the massage bed! This was quite unprofessional.

The hotel is close enough to walk to markets and shops. The hotel itself was very quiet! Its location allowed easy access to the riverfront and the Memory Land bridge, both are within walking distance.
